Have you ever tried to turn left at this intersection from Liberty Road? You basically have to wait until the light turns red and hope that not everyone runs the yellow light, then pull in front of them.
Not sure when the official unveiling will be. Hopefully Delegate Krebs and Commissioner Howard will be there for the ceremony.
