You know that Church that was going in the old beer and wings (Buffalo Beer & Wings???) restaurant in between Cobblestone and Total Discount Liquors in the Eldersburg Plaza? Well, it ain't happening for a while.
I went to the liquor store (of course) to resupply and saw this notice on the door. Apparently they were doing renovations without a permit. Not sure if this will prevent the Church from taking roots between the liquor store and the bar. But it goes to show you - don't mess with the Carroll County Government Bureau of Permits & Inspections.
